Dates: Each camp is for a duration of 4 days. Dates are fixed as well as departure and arrival time.

Drop off/collection: Kids are met at the gate on arrival day due to tough terrain (No cars will be allowed further into premises due to wild animals roaming freely. Your child will be registered and all electronic equipment will be labelled and secured which will be handed out each evening for 30 minutes to call home.
Drop off/collection outside times indicated below is not possible.

Authorized person collecting at camp must be specified and provide ID on arrival.
Fees include: accommodation, meals (3 meals per day), activities and 24 hour supervision.

NOTE: you are responsible for own transportation, medical expenses, insurance and tuck shop money. 14 % VAT is already included on all pricing. Lunch is not provided on departure day but a morning brunch.

ADDITIONAL MONEY PAID, OVER AND ABOVE FEES STATED WILL BE VIEWED AS ACCOUNT FOR TUCK SHOP:
Please send additional money for Tuck Shop. Monies will be handed in to tuck shop and balance remaining returned on day of departure.
Items in the tuck shop include drinks, sweets, and chips.

Cancellation TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Imagination Shakers reserves the right to cancel a camp TWO WEEKS prior to camp date, if insufficient demand. Your full payment is regarded as your acceptance of the booking conditions/terms and your payment is refundable should the camp be cancelled by Imagination Shakers.
ALL BOOKINGS AND FULL-PAYMENT TO BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO CAMP.

Cancellations on your behalf, after 2 weeks, will not be refunded due to preparations already made.

Reservations cannot be made until you have accepted the terms and full amount of the camp is paid and proof of payment is sent to imagination.shakers@gmail.com. Indemnity form and proof of payment to be received as one document.

Upon confirmation of booking you will receive an invoice with all payment details.
